The beachfront bar offered spectacular sunset views, making each evening magical. The activities led by the entertainment team kept us engaged and active throughout our stay.

Finding a quiet moment was tough, especially with some staff appearing overwhelmed and uninterested, which detracted from the experience we hoped for.

However, the staff attitude varied significantly. while some were friendly, others appeared overwhelmed, impacting the overall service experience. Room cleanliness seemed to fall short during my stay, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, the entertainment team and watersports activities added a fun element to our week.

the location was incredible. our Caribbean grande luxe poolside room was super cozy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. enjoyed free-flowing cocktails and some awesome meals, like dinner at Barefoot and Kimono's. the watersports team took us snorkeling at great spots, and the spa had everything from massages to beauty services.

Not enough sun loungers around the main pool, leading to towel wars as early as 6:30 AM. Many loungers remained vacant during breakfast, leaving those arriving later with limited options for the whole morning, making it a bit frustrating at times. The average age of guests tends to skew older, which led to quieter music and a somewhat subdued vibe, not catering to those seeking a lively party atmosphere.

We took advantage of the gorgeous swimming pool and had super relaxing massages at the spa, they were just what we needed. The beach access was a dream, and despite a few minor hiccups with the sauna being a bit too hot, everything else was wonderful. Pro tip, make sure to check out the sunset from the beachfront, it's worth it! 🌅
